What is a balance bike and how does it work?
A balance bike is a pedal-less bicycle designed to help children as young as 18 months learn to balance and steer. Instead of pedaling, kids use their feet to push off the ground. Once they feel confident, they lift their feet and glide, mastering the hardest part of riding—balance—before ever adding pedals.

Why is this better than using training wheels?
Training wheels teach children to lean away from turns and rely on the extra wheels for stability. Balance bikes teach the "feel" of a real ride. Most children who start on a balance bike skip training wheels entirely and transition to a "big kid" pedal bike in a matter of minutes.

At what age should my child start?
Most children are ready for their first balance bike between 18 months and 2 years old, or as soon as they can walk steadily. We carry models that grow with your child, lasting until they are approximately 5 years old.

Is the seat height adjustable?
Yes! All our bikes feature adjustable seats and handlebars. We know kids grow fast, so our designs ensure the bike fits comfortably for several years of use.

🛡️ Safety & Quality

How safe are balance bikes?
Because children can put their feet down at any moment, balance bikes are much safer and less prone to "toppling over" than bikes with training wheels. We have been providing these bikes for 17+ years, and we only stock models that meet or exceed international safety standards.

Do they need a helmet?
Absolutely. Even though balance bikes are low to the ground, we always recommend a properly fitted helmet to establish good safety habits from day one.

How long will it take to get my bike?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, you can expect your bike to arrive within 3–5 business days. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?
We want your child to love their first ride. If you aren’t satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. * Return shipping will not be covered
